We produced Ashby's activation at RecFest 2026, bringing the brand's clean, confident identity to life on the festival field. The concept took a seaside cabana aesthetic, navy and white stripes, bunting, and deckchairs, turning it into a branded lounge where HR and recruiting professionals could relax, network, and learn what an ATS should be.

A large sandcastle sculpture at the entrance stopped foot traffic instantly, becoming one of the most photographed spots at the event and later reworked into a skyline design. Inside, a shaded lounge with upholstered seating, greenery, and a merch counter gave the space a relaxed, residential feel rather than a typical trade show booth.

The team ran the stand all weekend, greeting delegates, demoing the product, and keeping energy high in branded caps and tees. The result balanced brand consistency with festival spirit, with the lounge busy from open to close and the sculpture driving strong organic social sharing.
